What People's Say About Place

An absolute highlight to my SLC trip! The best matcha latte. And the best spinach hand pie I’ve ever had. I took 2 home. Don’t pass this place up it’s incredible! ….and in terms of prices, it’s less than what we pay in San Diego, so I was thrilled. And happy to see employees getting a fair payday with their automatic service charge. Passion Flour is worth more than 5 stars!!

Everything is fantastic about this place. You can see the mountain if you dine-in by the window. The Barista was slow and mindful while preparing drinks and platting your food even in rush — which will surely add some calmness and peace to your day. It’s rare to find excellent coffee in a 100% vegan cafe — but Passion Flour serves great coffee, I’m a coffee professional — I can instantly tell how much care that they put in crafting each of their coffee beverages — I’m sure they dial their espressos every morning for that perfect result. The croissants and macarons are the best — can’t tell it’s plant based — so real and so good. The vibe is gentle and calming with pleasant music that will warm your heart and ears. Super bright with lots of indoor plants and great minimalist decor. If I can give more than 5 stars — I would give! Highly recommend visiting every day.

Absolutely loved this place! Had the vegan Benedict and a variety of baked goods to bring to friends after. They all Loved them :) so happy it was 100% plant based!

I really enjoy the food here. The matcha and syrups are really good. It’s pricey though, especially with the automatic gratuity on any order (including takeouts). The service is okay, not very friendly most of the time which makes it hard to justify the automatic gratuity. Everyone deserves fair wages, I just feel that should be factored into the items cost. Anyways, if you can justify the costs, this place has really good food and treats.

Amazing food!! Breakfast scramble sandwich and potatoes (and staff) were top notch. Appreciate the gratuity included in the pricing, really good prices for quality food when you consider that.

So amazing! I thought they were just a regular bakery but came to find out it's fully vegan. I'm vegetarian + a huge croissant connoisseur with very particular tastes (I tried croissants at many of the famous bakeries in France). A croissant from this spot could easily pass as one made with real butter! It was delicious with all the layers and that lovely, airy crunch we all love. Their cold brew was also great. Haven't tried anything else yet but I will be back.

It's a quaint establishment that's biggest attraction for me is EVERYTHING is vegan. I've seen others mention that the price to quantity ratio is disproportionate and I somewhat agree but I also assume it's because the ingredients used are (hopefully) of higher quality. I've come here often for brunch with friends or by myself to study and I think it's worth the cost. All the food I've tried tastes wonderful, especially the raspberry pop tarts and the chocolate croissants. My favorite savory item is the ricotta and heirloom tomato toast with balsamic vinaigrette (see attached pic). Admittedly, the service has been hit and miss but I've had more positive than negative experiences. Overall, if you can afford a $5-6+ pastry or $10+ entree with an equally or greater priced latte, I recommend checking this place out! <3

The baked goods and coffee at Passion Flour are INCREDIBLE! High quality, great and unique flavors, I stop in every chance I get. From a cost perspective, the 18% auto gratuity is minimal and worth it to ensure the employees are paid a fair wage with the rising costs. If we can afford to be purchasing delicious baked goods made for us by others, we can afford this addition to our check.
